Please do not let the words “Mental Health Illness” scare you. As this is how you will see it on many websites. The truth is, many things fall under this category…emotional distress, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and eating disorders for instance. While many of these may sound scary, know that there is help and treatment available locally.  

While SARCC does not currently house any meetings for gambling addiction, sexual addiction, or Eating disorders help and treatment options are included in the following resources and screening tool kits.
